Suncor's new warehouse addition is fully operational. It features an additional 50,000 square feet of facility to expand US manufacturing operations. We’ve also enhanced our cast shackles line by adding captive and no snag pin styles to our current body types. Fall has arrived and we have been working on a lot this year. We're happy to announce that our warehouse expansion will be completed December 1st! We will have ample room to house more products like Quick Attach, Pad Eyes, and anything else you may need to finish your project before the new year.

This summer is starting off nicely with major progress being made to the new warehouse addition at the Suncor corporate headquarters building. New products are being introduced like the Heavy Duty Swivel Snap Shackle, Micro Star™ LED Light Bars and Wiring Harnesses and new sizes for the Unwelded Eye Bolt. As we come to the end of 2018, we reflect upon the year and what we’ve accomplished. Suncor Stainless has had a great year full of product developments and company wide growth. The Las Vegas warehouse has been a great success, giving our customers in the western United States shorter delivery times and increased speed to market. Along with the new warehouse location, the Plymouth, MA headquarters is also breaking ground on a large warehouse addition to keep up with the company growth. The cast shackle and fastener programs have been enhanced to include additional styles and sizes. A new ratchet assembly, rivet nut installation tool and yoke end clevis clips have been added to the Suncor product offerings. The Micro Star™ LED lighting family has added wiring harness assemblies and light bars.

The summer is flying by and Suncor is continuing to develop new products and expand our product lines. We have added more sizes to a select group of screws, nuts and washers. Yoke End Clevis Clips are now available and are compatible with our threaded and unthreaded yoke ends. We have developed a new Micro Star™ LED Light Bar that is an easy to install lighting solution for railings, steps, fencing and more. Spring has sprung and there are a lot of new things going on at Suncor Stainless. Suncor Stainless is expanding our line of cast shackles to offer customers an even larger selection. The recently announced new shackle program will added styles and new sizes.

Suncor Stainless is looking towards growth to increase production and service to customers. Continuing to move forward after their recent opening of their new facility in Las Vegas, NV in May of 2017, Suncor is adding new machines, a box truck, new personnel and 35,000 square feet of production space in their facility in Plymouth, MA. They have already begun by adding positions to customer service, sales and their warehouse to keep up with the ever-expanding demand.

It’s a brand new year at Suncor Stainless and there are a lot of new things going on. We have implemented new domestic and imported Barrel Chain Programs. Suncor Stainless has developed a new bulk chain program offering our valued distributors never before seen pricing on our exclusive Made in USA and Import Economy Chain. With a recent aggressive ramp in production capability, warehouse space, and buying power Suncor is stocked well in advance of demand. Suncor Made in USA Chain is manufactured with an exclusive electrostatic welding process making it the best choice for highly corrosive environments. Suncor Economy Chain is perfect for every day applications in corrosive environments. Our new duel inventory balancing and aggressive pricing will reward customers who stock Stainless Steel Chain as a regular part for their business. There are a lot of new things going on at Suncor Stainless. Suncor Stainless chain programs offer high quality stainless steel chains manufactured Domestically in the United States and Imported. Now introducing our “Barrel Chain Programs” which are competitively priced to the market. Additionally, we opened up a warehouse in Las Vegas that will increase speed to market and provide fast and accurate shipping to the Western United States.

Suncor Stainless is looking to the future and looking West to expand their servicing capabilities to their customers and partners. They announce the Grand Opening of their Suncor Stainless West facility in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 30, 2017. Stocked with over 1,600 SKU’s their new facility will provide standard FedEx Ground service in 1-day to most of Southern California, Arizona and Nevada, 2-day service to the remainder of California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and most of Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming and 3-day service to all other points in the western US.

We have also recently launched a new responsive website as well as interactive Quick Attach™ Hardware instructions through the BILT app. Suncor Stainless has expanded our sales floor staff as well as our eye bolts and U-bolts product line.

It's springtime at Suncor! We have introduced a new way to deliver instructions for our Quick Attach™ Lifeline Kits with a 3D and interactive format through the BILT app that can be downloaded to your phone or tablet. Also, we have done a major overhaul of our warehouse and have invested in a new logistics system to make a faster and more accurate process for shipping out products.

Suncor is starting off the new year with some new products! We have expanded our product line to include a retail packaged fastener program and an anchor snubber hook. Also, we expanded our eye bolts product line to include unwelded and welded eyebolts as well as metric versions.

Suncor is heading into the holidays with more new products! Suncor has introduced new products to our ever expanding product line. New products will include shackle and turnbuckle components. Suncor has also doubled the eye bolt selection and added a new line of stainless steel fasteners.

David Morgan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Atlantis Rail Systems, will be a featured speaker at this year's Strictly Sail Pacific sailboat show in Oakland, Calif. David Morgan's seminar, Cable Railing How To, will focus on how to install a safe and simple cable railing system. The seminar will be held at 1 pm on April 10th. The seminar is free for all ticket holders at the show.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has added to their already expansive line of stainless steel thimbles. With this new heavy duty thimble, Suncor can now comfortably say that they can satisfy all their customers’ needs and requirements for stainless steel thimbles.

The Strap-It is a webbing product that Suncor Stainless has developed to offer their customers an economical and easy point of attachment or tie-down. This universal webbing product adapts easily to any application, as well as, protects the points of attachment.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has designed and manufactured a new rigging component called the Universal Link. These links create universal attachment points and linking opportunities with components that feature matching pin diameters. Suncor has given marine and industrial riggers more options with the type of hardware that can be used in their application.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has designed a new set of heavy-duty lashing rings for demanding tie-down applications. These 2-part components feature a “D” ring with either a weld-on or bolt-on mounting plate. The plate provides flexibility in placement, allowing Suncor’s customers to have convenient access points for their specific application.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has begun to offer their stainless steel shackle components individually. They now feature five different style components with over 40 sizes. This will allow their marine and industrial customers the opportunity to purchase only the part of the shackle they need or mix and match components to make the ideal shackle for their application.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has designed and developed a new line of pivoting threaded eye fittings. These new products are so versatile that they can be used for a variety of light duty marine and industrial applications.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has designed a new master link to offer their customers an easier way to create custom slings. It will allow for sling creation in the field using minimal equipment. This link features a gap in the body with the missing portion included in order to weld on once the sling components have been added. This will offer Suncor’s marine and industrial customers an easy way to create and utilize sling assemblies.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has begun to offer their stainless steel turnbuckle components individually. They now feature 14 different style components with over 180 sizes. This will allow their marine and industrial customers the opportunity to mix and match components to make the ideal turnbuckle for their application.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has manufactured a new way to quickly and easily tie down jet skis for transportation. The ski tow tie-down features webbing looped at one end with a sewn-in stainless steel ring at the other. This new product will offer jet skiers a way to secure their jet skis with out causing any damage.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has started to manufacturing stainless steel towing bridles for heavy duty marine towing applications. These bridles feature three heavy duty thimbles attached to a master link. Suncor’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has taken the leg work out of this assembly by offering a pre-made towing bridle.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has expanded their line of stainless steel eye slip hooks to include three large sizes, as well as a redesigned look. This new design offers added strength, while the increased sizes allow for use on large scale lifting applications where chain slings are required.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has developed a new line of stainless steel fasteners and fastener accessories. With this line, they have also launched the Suncor Fastener Program which offers these new products in small and bulk quantity packs with eye-catching labels and barcodes for easy stocking opportunities. This allows Suncor customers to offer stainless steel fasteners and accessories that are compatible with their existing line of hardware.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has reconfigured their Quick Attach™ Lifeline Kits. They have removed the wire rope from the kits and are now packaging it to be sold separately in 30’, 40’ and 50’ lengths. These changes will offer additional options while providing simplicity to Suncor’s do-it-yourself marine customers.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has introduced their new stainless steel Hoist Anchor Base. This base is offered in multiple configurations, including partial assemblies and complete hoist assemblies to provide easy-to-use components for industrial and marine lifting applications.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has developed a new line of forged swivels. Many of these swivels meet Federal Specification RR-C-271F Type VII (except 316 stainless steel). This addition has expanded Suncor's line of swivels to offer added strength while still featuring corrosion resistance and durability for industrial and marine rigging applications.

The new Product Bulletin is out now! We have reconfigured our Quick Attach™ Lifeline Kits to offer simplicity and new options. We have also introduced new forged swivels that are ideal for lifting or rigging applications where twists in chain, wire rope or fibrous rope are unwanted. Many of the forged swivels are manufactured in accordance with Federal Specification RR-C-271F, Type VII.

Suncor is proud to announce that we have joined the elite rankings of companies in the U.S. Government's Manufacturer's List (QML). After extensive technology investments, manufacturing and testing, we have met the government's quality and testing requirements for aircraft control cable terminals and assemblies.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has expanded their line of stainless steel machine swage fittings with the introduction of the swage eye, swage jaw, plain ball, single shank ball and double shank ball. A total of 43 new stainless steel swage fittings have been added to Suncor’s ever-expanding line of machine swage hardware.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has developed a new line of captive thimbles to add to their already expansive collection of stainless steel hardware. After months of research and development, Suncor has perfected the strength, durability and effectiveness of these new thimbles. They have now added one new thimble style with 5 sizes to the line, giving them over 60 stainless steel thimbles to fit a variety of marine, industrial and everyday applications.

Suncor Stainless, Inc. has developed a new line of stainless steel hand swage fittings and turnbuckles to add to their already expansive collection of stainless steel rigging hardware. After extensive development and testing, Suncor perfected the strength, durability and effectiveness of their new hand swage fittings. Suncor's hand swage series boasts 19 different types of stainless steel terminals and turnbuckles to fill the needs of various marine, lifeline and architectural applications.
