Threading

Suncor offers custom threading to fit your dimensions and specifications. Using a CNC Horizontal Lathe, Suncor can handle almost any custom threading requirements in both long and short production runs. We will work with you to design, specify and manufacture complete parts or individual components. We stock large quantities of bar stock in a variety of diameters to provide quick turnaround on even the most complicated threading jobs.

Suncor’s custom threading options include:

UNF, UNC and Metric
Left hand and right hand thread
Diameters up to 1-1/2″
Lengths up to 16″
